Symphony Ship Management provides procurement services to shipowners of and controls operational costs by using economies of scale derived from planned project purchasing while allowing shipowners to remain in control of all decision making. The Purchasing department provides Vessel Managers with cost effective quotations in due time. Both departments are in close cooperation to reach most favorable solution for shipowners Procurement services include:
- Provision of marine spares, lubricants, paints, equipment, machinery and consumables
- Onboard requisitioning system
- Customized approval procedures, supplier selection and financial reporting to shipowner’s requirement
